Design Engineer with Sloan Valve Company
Key contributor in developing Sloan’s position in the sanitaryware market with cross-functional team
Co-developed industry-first, manually activated high efficiency flush valves. Received patent.
Led weekly meetings with China supplier on all (18) ceramic products in production and development, including timelines, performance expectations, field feedback, and any design negotiation.
Worked with product manager to develop briefs and train reps on offerings, quality issues, field repairs, etc.
Worked with sourcing analysts on evaluating suppliers and products to maintain cost targets.
Executed continued maintenance on existing valve product lines
Represented Sloan at several field quality issue sites as the expert. Frequently consulted on field issues.

Orchestrated the simultaneous launch of 6 powertrain and wheel hub products for Ford, NASCAR, GM, and Toyota.
